Plan your next post
TikTok scheduling, in one calm workspace.
SocialScheduleHub brings your media, captions, destination settings and calendar together. Prepare supported videos and photo posts for an authorized TikTok account, with visibility and interaction choices reviewed before scheduling.
Connect the right account
TikTok connections use its official authorization flow. Direct Post and upload-to-inbox require their respective permissions, and public Direct Post depends on TikTok’s review and audit approval.
Prepare the original media
Upload the media you own or have permission to publish. Files are checked before use. This shared-hosting edition accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP for the library and a conservative H.264 MP4 video format, up to the configured upload limit. Each destination applies additional format, dimension and caption rules.
Choose a supported photo collection or one video. The composer retrieves the creator’s available privacy choices; you must select visibility and explicitly consent to the previewed content and scheduled time.
Choose a timezone and publishing time
Schedules are saved as UTC and shown in your workspace timezone. When clocks change, an ambiguous local time requires an earlier/later choice. Jobs run independently of an open browser.
The scheduler checks due work each minute and resumes provider processing across runs. This is not a promise of exact public visibility: processing, moderation and host availability can delay a post. “Publish Now” requests the next available run.
Understand the result
Queued and Processing mean the platform has not yet confirmed publication. Published appears only after confirmation. Failed shows a reason to investigate. Needs Action identifies a required user decision or an uncertain request that must not be repeated blindly.
Upload-to-inbox is different from Direct Post: you must open TikTok’s inbox notification and complete the post yourself. An uploaded draft is not described as an automatic publication.
Current availability
This edition is being validated. Connecting accounts and enabling publishing require configured developer credentials, the necessary platform permissions, and successful authorized integration tests. No successful public publishing claim is made before that evidence exists.
Read the official TikTok Content Posting documentation for account and API requirements.
